Koch Physical Therapy serves the greater Indianapolis area with thoughtful, one-on-one physical therapy designed to help people understand why pain and movement problems persist—and what they can do to change them. At every visit, you work directly with the same therapist in dedicated one-on-one care, with the full session focused on you and your goals. Created and developed by Zach Koch, PT, the ZacTrac approach looks for meaningful patterns in the body, including patterns that may refer pain away from their source. Each visit combines careful history, focused evaluation, hands-on treatment, and practical exercises so patients can make meaningful progress, often with fewer visits than traditional care. The goal is not to create dependence on ongoing treatment, but to help each person understand their condition, regain confidence in movement, and leave with the tools to maintain and continue improving the gains made in care.
