Service Description
A 60-minute, one-on-one physical therapy visit focused on an initial evaluation and treatment using the ZacTrac approach. We will review your concerns, assess your movement and symptoms, and begin a personalized treatment plan.
Cancellation Policy
Please request cancellations at least 48 hours before your appointment. A $25 deposit is applied to your $200 session. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment or do not show, the deposit may be forfeited. The remaining balance can be paid online or at your appointment.
