Service Description
A 60-minute, one-on-one follow-up physical therapy visit for reassessment, treatment, education, and home support using the ZacTrac approach.
Cancellation Policy
Please request cancellations at least 48 hours before your appointment. A $25 deposit is applied to your $200 session. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment or do not show, the deposit may be forfeited. The remaining balance can be paid online or at your appointment.
